A Singaporean man has been charged with installing cameras in the women’s restroom of an industrial building to covertly capture visitors on video. It is reported by The Straits Times.
According to investigators, between July and December 2022, 28-year-old Tiu Ming Kiat installed two cameras in one of the toilet stalls. The court documents do not specify how many women were affected by the actions of the pervert and what kind of relationship they had with him. The man mounted one of the cameras in the ceiling above the cubicle, and hid the other in the toilet bowl. Three days later, law enforcement officers arrested the man. He was charged with three counts of voyeurism using technical means to monitor victims during an intimate act, as well as intentionally recording this act without their consent. Earlier it was reported that in the American city of Orlando, Florida, police arrested a man who secretly filmed several videos under the skirt of a store visitor. Before that, the attacker had been chasing the woman for about 20 minutes, discreetly pointing the camera under her dress.
