Rusfond (Russian Fund for Assistance) was created in the fall of 1996 to help the authors of desperate letters to Kommersant. After checking the letters, we post them on Kommersant, on the websites rusfond.ru, Kommersant.ru, on the TV channel Rossiya 1 and radio Vera, on social networks, as well as in 139 print, television and online media. Transfers from bank cards, electronic cash and SMS are possible, including from abroad (details at rusfond.ru). We just help you help. In total, more than 19.155 billion rubles were collected. In 2023 (as of May 25), 574,263,381 rubles were collected, 470 children received assistance. Rusfond is a laureate of the Silver Archer national award for 2000, and is included in the register of SO NPOs performing socially useful services. In January 2022, Rusfond won a presidential grant to organize the search for bone marrow donors for 200 patients; in December, the National RCMP received a grant in the Moscow is a Kind City competition to attract Muscovites to the register. And in January 2023, Rusfond will receive a presidential grant for the inclusion of 15,000 volunteers in the National RCMP.
