As follows from the publication in the official account of the Belgorod region “VKontakte”, for the duration of the CTO regime, in particular, the following measures and restrictions were taken:
– verification of identity documents from individuals; – “removal” of individuals from certain areas of the terrain and objects, as well as the towing of vehicles; – strengthening the protection of public order; – monitoring telephone conversations and “other information” transmitted through the channels of telecommunication systems; – restriction of the movement of vehicles and pedestrians on the streets and roads; – temporary resettlement of individuals residing within certain territories where the CTO legal regime has been introduced to safe areas; – restriction on the sale of weapons, ammunition, explosives, special means and poisonous substances.
