    The world-famous ballet dancer Sergei Polunin organized a gathering to support the fighters participating in a special operation in Ukraine. This became known on Thursday, July 13. The ballet dancer made such a decision while participating in the filming of a documentary film about the awakening of the Russian world in the Donbass. The film is made with the support of the Internet Development Institute (IRI). Immediately upon his return to Russia, the dancer planned a performance in Mariupol and organized a gathering for Sergei Polunin. In his interviews, the ballet dancer said that he admires the Russian military personnel who are on the front line. After a trip to the Donbass, during which he talked to civilians and fighters, he decided to organize a fundraiser, which included the purchase of painkillers, thermal imagers, quadrocopters and electronic warfare equipment to protect against enemy drones. The artist noted that his main goal is to support the military in the special operation zone, as well as to rally all the patriots in the framework of the victory.
