    On September 21, Russian President Vladimir Putin announced a partial mobilization. The authorities plan to call on 300 thousand people.

    After this statement, traffic jams on the border with Georgia, Kazakhstan, Finland, Mongolia became known, and airlines sold out tickets for the next flights in all available directions, including to Istanbul, Yerevan, Baku.
