BEIJING, Nov. 15 — With the approval of the Central Military Commission (CMC) of China, the General Office of the CMC recently issued trial provisions on promoting transparency in Party affairs in the military. China, which will come into force on January 1, 2023.
The provisions systematically regulate the transparency of Party affairs in the military on all fronts, which specify the applicable subjects, work requirements, scope and content to be disclosed, and the procedures, methods and timing of disclosure. The provisions serve as the basis for strengthening and standardizing the work of disclosing Party affairs in the military.The promulgation of the provisions is of great significance to the Chinese military in the development of intra-Party democracy , strengthening intra-Party supervision, and helping the majority of Party members in the military better understand and engage in Party affairs.
