    Chinese team completes first tank biathlon competition at international army games

    MOSCOW, Aug. 14 (Xinhua) — The Chinese team successfully completed the first tank biathlon competition of the 2022 International Military Games underway at the Alabino training ground in Moscow region on Sunday.

    A total of 21 countries and regions are participating in the tank biathlon this year. The Chinese team uses Type 96B tanks and the other teams use T-72 tanks.The Chinese team was drawn to face teams from Kyrgyzstan, Russia and Belarus in the same group .The International Military Games, initiated by the Russian Ministry of Defense, served as an international platform for the military to exchange experiences and strengthen cooperation.
