The city of Shebekino, Belgorod region, was once again shelled by Ukraine on Tuesday, November 22. During the shelling, a civilian was killed.
According to the governor Vyacheslav Gladkov, the woman was thrown back by an explosive wave and she received a head injury. The doctors tried to provide the victim with the necessary assistance, but they failed to save the Belgorod woman – she died in the ambulance without regaining consciousness.
“I express my condolences to the relatives and friends of the deceased,” the head of the region shared.
The governor also reported on the shelling of the Veterans of War hospital, where elderly people are being treated. Fortunately, no one was hurt.
The shells cut through the facade of the building, and several windows were also knocked out. A gas pipeline was damaged in the neighboring area. Emergency services are already at the scene.
