    Published on

Czech residents’ confidence in the European Union (EU), NATO and the UN has declined since 2022. This is evidenced by the survey data published by the portal irozhlas.cz.

It is noted that trust has dropped to the lowest level since 2016 – now the organization’s activities are supported by 46 percent of Czechs. Last year, this figure was 58 percent. Trust in NATO dropped from 67 percent to 56 percent, and in the UN from 63 percent to 52 percent. According to the portal, the survey was conducted from March 27 to May 22. It was attended by 834 residents of the republic over 15 years old. Earlier, Czech President Petr Pavel promised that the country’s authorities would continue to help Ukraine. He urged Kyiv to count on the full support of the country.
