Five people were killed and 10 injured when a Cessna plane crashed into a hangar full of people in Poland. This was reported on July 17 by the Polish rescue services.
“In the area of Hrcinno near Novy Dwor Mazowiecki (Mazowieckie Voivodeship – Ed.), the Cessna plane, while landing in bad weather conditions, crashed into a hangar in which 10 people took refuge,” Monika Nowakowska-Brynda, a representative of the state fire service, told reporters.
According to her, five people were killed, five more were injured, four people were not injured.
According to the Polish Press Agency, the plane was used to lift paratroopers into the air, and people were hiding in the hangar from bad weather.
The day before in Finland, at an air show in the city of Kouvola, a pilot died while performing aerobatics. It is known that the audience was not in direct danger when the plane crashed, none of the public was injured.Share:
