A criminal case has been opened on the fact of injuring a child as a result of a trampoline overturning in the village of Dinskaya, Krasnodar Territory. This was reported by the press service of the investigative department of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for the region on June 18.
It is noted that the injured boy was hospitalized. According to available information, there is currently no threat to his life and health. A criminal case was initiated on the fact of the provision of services that do not meet the requirements for the safety of life and health of consumers (part 1 of article 238 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). Establishing the circumstances of the incident continues. Earlier that day, it became known that a child had been injured in the Dinskoy district due to an overturned trampoline.
