In Tutaev, New Year's decorations have become “tasers” for dogs

    Published on

New Year’s arches, littered with light bulbs and toys, almost led to the death of the pets of Tutaev residents. The arch installed on Motor Builders Avenue almost became the cause of death for dogs. Because of the thaw, the wires that fed the garlands of the arch got wet. And those who stepped into the puddle under the arch could receive a sensitive electric shock. People wear shoes, so they didn’t suffer. But pets received shock blows. Some fell and could not get up. Only by the collar or harness could they be dragged away from the fatal puddle. And after that, provide first aid.

“After numerous complaints in social networks, the insolent Tutaev administration de-energized the installation. I would like the prosecutor’s office to conduct an audit and bring the perpetrators to justice” – write the indignant Tutaevites.
