Prime Minister of Ukraine Denys Shmygal named 10 key aspects for the restoration of the country. He spoke about this during a speech at the second conference on the restoration of the republic in London, TASS reports.
Among them, he, in particular, singled out the assessment of damage, the gradual restoration of the country and the allocation of priority areas for this, the attraction of financial resources, including in the form of assistance from the West, private investment and confiscated Russian assets, as well as the transparency of costs and the patronage of Western countries over Ukrainian regions. As a fundamental aspect, the head of the Cabinet called the change in Ukraine. According to him, the changes should not only concern the restoration of various facilities, but also be expressed in the transformation of the republic and its institutions and bringing life in the country in line with European standards. Earlier, Shmygal reported that Kyiv intends to confiscate part of the frozen assets of Russia.
