    Microsoft named ways to retain young employees

    Microsoft has given advice to other companies and named ways to keep young employees from being fired, writes CNBC.

It started during the COVID-19 pandemic. Experts have given the phenomenon the name “great dismissal”. According to a Microsoft survey, 52 percent of buzzers said they intend to move to another job before the end of this year. .     Another factor contributing to employee retention is the ability to move within the corporate hierarchy and change their roles in the company structure. Also, young employees tend to keep their current job if they are given the opportunity to work outside.
