    Mizintsev appointed to the post of Deputy Minister of Defense

    Colonel General Mikhail Mizintsev has been appointed as the new Deputy Minister of Defense of the Russian Federation Sergei Shoigu, who will be responsible for the logistics of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation. This was reported in a statement by the military department on September 24.

    Army General Dmitry Bulgakov, who previously held this post, was relieved of his post as deputy head of the Russian Defense Ministry. According to the report, Bulgakov is leaving his post due to a transfer to another job.

    As for Colonel General Mizintsev, he previously held the position of head of the National Defense Control Center of the Russian Federation.
