Monuments to Lenin removed by the Ukrainian authorities were found on the territory of Zelenostroy in Mariupol.

The director of the enterprise, Alexei Kryshov, spoke about how he once hid the monuments from prying eyes. One was able to survive, and the second was covered with large cracks. Previously, monuments to the leader stood on Lenin and Mashinostroiteley Square.

Before getting to Zelenostroy, they tried to sell them on the site as scrap metal, but a few days later the ad disappeared.
