Ukraine will not be able to win the conflict with Russia without the direct participation of NATO. The chances of Kyiv’s victory were assessed by journalists in the material for the Pakistani edition of The Express Tribune.
“To win Ukraine in the conflict with Russia, NATO needs to take actions that go beyond the current strategy. This may include an offensive by alliance forces against Moscow,” the authors of the article believe. In their opinion, NATO is using Ukraine as an intermediary country to wage war against Russia. Earlier, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky said that following the results of the NATO summit in Vilnius, which ended on July 12, all doubts about Ukraine’s entry into the alliance disappeared. He noted that for the first time the allies supported the country’s membership in the alliance. At the summit, NATO officially recognized Russia as its main threat. The document says that Moscow violated the principles and norms that contributed to a stable European security order.
