Russian President Vladimir Putin announced a planned meeting of the Deputy Prime Ministers of Russia, Armenia and Azerbaijan to resolve issues of unblocking communications in Nagorno-Karabakh. TASS writes about this.
The event is scheduled for next week. The Russian leader noted that the vice-premiers of the three countries will discuss technical issues on Nagorno-Karabakh. He also stressed that, together with Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan and Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev, he considers the obstacles in the Armenian-Azerbaijani settlement to be surmountable. Earlier, Vladimir Putin spoke about the unblocking of transport links in Nagorno-Karabakh. According to him, this will benefit not only Armenia and Azerbaijan, but the entire region. He explained that such a decision would contribute to the normalization of relations in all vectors, including the political one in terms of ensuring the security of those people who live in this territory.
