The High Qualifications Board of Judges (HQJC) of Russia has accepted the resignation of the Chairman of the Rostov Regional Court, Elena Zolotareva. Ms. Zolotareva, who has headed the court since 2015, left her post voluntarily, but may soon become a defendant in a criminal case. At the suggestion of the FSB, the TFR has already raised questions to three dozen local judges, and the head of the judicial department in the Rostov region, Andrei Roschevsky, was completely brought to Moscow, where the court arrested him for two months.
