In Moscow, a court sentenced Anna Andrianova to two years of forced labor for providing services that did not meet safety requirements, resulting in the death of a person. On Thursday, September 1, Lente.ru was informed by the official representative of the Moscow prosecutor’s office, Lyudmila Nefedova. The figurant is the owner of the Jump fitness club, in which the daughter of the honored artist Vladimir Konkin, Sofya, died. The court granted the actor’s civil claim in the amount of one and a half million rubles.
According to the investigation, on September 22 last year, Konkina began to sink while swimming. She was not able to provide medical assistance in a timely manner, since there was no medical staff nearby, and there was also no swimming instructor on duty. As a result, the victim died two days later in the hospital.
