A fighter of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) reported huge losses among personnel in the vicinity of Artemivsk (Bakhmut). The corresponding post was published in the Telegram channel “Military correspondents of the Russian Spring”.

“There are dead people here. We found a kid who burned to death today. Here is his water… He was going to live, he took food, beans, Mivina, chocolate, warm mittens, cigarettes,” said the Ukrainian serviceman, examining the bodies of the dead.Commenting on what is happening, a fighter of the Armed Forces of Ukraine complained about the huge losses of the Ukrainian army in the forefront. Earlier it became known that Kyiv was forced to deploy elite troops near Artemovsk, which it hoped to use in the counteroffensive. According to the New York Times, this strategy allowed Ukraine to push the Russian military away from the roads and, as a result, evacuate the wounded and replenish army supplies.
