In the Kostroma region, the body of 28-year-old Aristarkh Ukhtomsky, who drowned at the end of March, was found – one of the friends of the founder of the Cream Soda group Dmitry Svirgunov, who also died under the Volga ice. According to the Investigation Department of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for the Yaroslavl region (young people disappeared there on March 20), the body of a young man born in 1995 was carried by the current to the neighboring region.
“On May 17 of this year, the investigating authorities of the Russian Investigative Committee for the Kostroma Region received a message about the discovery of an unidentified man in the waters of the Volga River in the Kostroma District of the Kostroma Region,” the Yaroslavl Investigative Committee of the Investigative Committee said.

The ice cracked 350 meters from the shore. They all fell into the water. “The current is very fast now – three people were dragged under the ice, two more managed to get out,” the administration of the Nekrasovsky district said.
Valeria managed to escape – young people managed to push her to the ice edge at the last moment. In addition, 27-year-old Georgy Kiselev clung to the ice, reports 76.RU. In a conversation with KP.RU, the father of Dmitry and Roman Svirgunov, Andrey, denied the version popular in the media that the guys crossed the river “according to tradition”. The man added that the parents did not know that the boys and the girl were going to cross the river.
“There was no such tradition. If this happened, then it is definitely an accident. Dima doesn’t like extreme sports, it’s not like him. Roman is also my son,” the man added. He also said that they have three children in their family. The family also has a younger brother Denis – he was not at the party, as he is much younger than Dmitry and Roman and is still at school.
