One person died as a result of a series of explosions in Kyiv, Mayor Vitali Klitschko said on his Telegram channel.
The RT TV channel claims that fragments of a downed rocket fell on a residential building in Kyiv “as a result of the operation of the Ukrainian air defense system.”
