In the village of Leninsky, Tula Region, on Gagarin Street in house No. 17, local residents turned to the prosecutor’s office regarding the demolition of their house, as it was considered emergency.
The resolution of the administration of the city of Tula states that it was recognized as such back in 2017, and the resettlement of residents was established until January 1, 2020.
However, on January 24, the deadline was illegally postponed to December 2023.
The prosecutor’s office made a presentation to the head of the administration of the city of Tula and sent a statement of claim to the court to eliminate the illegal change in the term.
The court ordered to carry out the resettlement of the residents of the indicated house within 3 months from the date the court decision entered into force.
At the same time, the local government filed an appeal, but it was not satisfied.
