The governor of the Kursk region Roman Starovoit reported on the shelling of the village of Krasnooktyabrsky in the Glushkovsky district. He wrote about this in his Telegram channel.
According to him, the shelling came from Ukraine. As a result of the emergency, there were no victims or injured, but the power supply to the settlement was cut off. An emergency team went to the site to repair the damage. On May 17, the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) attacked the Zarya farm in the Glushkovsky district of the Kursk region, which is located 100 meters from the border, with kamikaze drones. The Ukrainian military fired at the Russian farm from three combat drones at once. As a result of the fall and detonation of kamikaze drones, none of the civilians was injured. Earlier, Starovoit said that residents of the border Glushkovsky district refuse to temporarily relocate to a safer place. “Everyone is being helped to restore housing and cars. Once again, he offered the residents to temporarily relocate, while everyone refuses, ”he said.
