    Turkish presidential administration accuses Reuters of publishing lies

    Fahrettin Altun, head of the Turkish Presidential Administration’s Communications Department, said that Reuters is an apparatus for systematic lies and manipulations against Turkey and Turkish President Tayyip Erdogan.     Earlier on Wednesday, Reuters accused Altun’s leadership in media pressure and censorship.

    In response, Altun stated that “Reuters is an apparatus of perception operations and systematic manipulation against President Recep Tayyip Erdogan and Turkey.” He explained that earlier the agency had repeatedly published false news.

    “We are well aware of the intentions of Reuters and what it serves and what it does in this direction. We invite you to engage in journalism only and exclusively for the sake of truth… The fact that the British news agency Reuters has chosen as the object of research our communications department, which has conducted successful national and international studies using the Turkish communication model, is only an indication of how we are on the right track. way, and a reason for our pride, ”Altun said in a statement, which is given on the website.

    The day before, on August 30, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan accused Greece of hostility towards NATO due to the use of the C-300 in the pursuit of Turkish aircraft. Erdogan said that with such actions, Athens challenged the North Atlantic Alliance and partners, “increasing its hostile behavior”, which began with the pursuit of Turkish airspace and Turkish aircraft using S-300s.
